TreeClan Camp

deep in the heart of TreeClan's territory, two abandoned badger sets close by to one another provide homes for both the Clan's kitbearers and for its leader and medicine cat - while denser brambles, foliage, and trees in the surrounding area make this an ideal place in general for all of the Clan to live. though the trees and undergrowth here might provide enough shelter on their own, TreeClan has also arranged a wall of brambles surrounding most of their camp, as well as using similar methods to make suitable dens for their warriors and elders. apprentices sleep in the patch of tall ferns just outside the warriors' den, which sits just next to a small pond that the elders of the Clan like to frequent when they are thirsty. the leader and medicine cat share a den, as the clan's medicine cat is to serve also as the leader's advisor; a hollow farther back in the den also serves as an ideal place to store herbs. the pond serves as the Clan's meeting place.

The Forest

the general staple of TreeClan's territory - the forest that makes up the largest portion of it. this is where most of the Clan's hunting will take place, as well as any battle training that they may do, as they typically prefer to fight among the trees when they do engage in a conflict. mice, squirrels, shrews and various birds can be found here, though prey is known to grow especially scarce in the more frequented areas of the forest during leafbare, causing TreeClanners to have to turn to the marshes or even the river for their prey.

Moth Tree

deep in the heart of TreeClan's woods, an especially large and half-hollowed tree called the Moth Tree can be found, its hollowed inside often serving as a haven for various insects. as the name might suggest, moths are the most common to be found here, with their coloration blending well into the tree's bark. some mentors might take their apprentices here to practice catching the moths and insects, for while they aren't exactly a meal, it can be excellent practice towards eventual bird catching, leaping, and agility. the branches of the Moth Tree are also especially low to the ground compared to similar trees of its ilk, so it's often also used as a place to teach apprentices to climb.

Ivy Cabin

a landmark farther towards the outskirts of TreeClan territory, where the forest begins to grow a bit denser, the Ivy Cabin is an abandoned Twoleg nest almost completely overgrown with vegetation. TreeClanners in the Clan's early days took to calling it the 'cabin' based on the word that they had heard nearby rogues use for it, and the name - albeit now with 'Ivy' before it more recently on account of the abundance of the plant - stuck, even after so many seasons. though TreeClan cats are typically wary of Twoleg things, this nest has stood abandoned for so long that they have long since accepted it as a part of their territory - and the resources surrounding it certainly help, too. inside and surrounding it, one might often find small prey such as mice or shrews. outside, there is an old garden where valuable medicinal herbs grow.

Marshy Woods

in this area of TreeClan territory, the usually drier woodland territory gives way to a more wet, marshy one. though some cats might dislike the dampness, others still like to catch frogs here in or around the nearby pond, or else practice moving through wet land. the trees here are not the best for climbing, however, as their bark usually splits off rather easily and does not make for a good hold. some cats might like to practice their fighting here, as there are some clearer patches of land where less trees make for easier movement.
